- Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method, including the RA number on the package. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake in your order.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Exceptions
